IPO puts quality at heart of everything it does
A relentless quality assurance process ensures that at least 10% of its reports are ‘double read’ by its radiologists each day. It monitors its work closely to ensure that its accuracy performance exceeds industry standards.
Every radiologist employed by Imaging Partners Online is on the GMC specialist register and before they are recruited, sit a brief test to ensure they meet the company’s high standards. For their first two sessions working on live reports, 100% of their cases are ‘double read’, regardless of their prior reputation.
IPO radiologists work only from purpose-designed reporting centres
IPO will not allow its radiologists to work outside of their normal ‘waking hours’, nor will it allow reporting from home.
All reporting undertaken by IPO is done in purpose-designed radiology reporting centres with the best equipment, a full support team providing quality assurance, and a robust, secure IT infrastructure.
IPO uses proven, reliable, seamless technology
Developed and tested over two years, IPO’s systems are robust, reliable and of course, are compliant with NHS Information Governance requirements.
As with the commitment to quality in its reporting, the technology has been designed with sufficient redundancy to cope with any foreseeable technical issue. IPO engineers can link up with any organisation’s technology to provide a seamless service. To the client, there is no hassle and no start up cost, just the benefit of being able to turn on, and turn off support from IPO as it requires.

Our team works hand-in-hand with you, the client to help to achieve your key targets. You retain complete control as to how and when you send images for IPO to report on and you are able to request reporting on both urgent and non urgent cases.
